W&M were delighted to win this work through a competitive tender with Morrishes who managed this tender on behalf of their clients the Duchy of Cornwall.

We commenced work in Jan 2013 on phase 1 and we have been retained through the 9 different phases.

The property types include blocks of flats and the varying profile houses. The work includes both internal and external redecoration.
